The Epoxy Flooring Process – Built to Last

Quality starts from the ground up. We meticulously prepare, coat, and seal every floor to create a surface that’s not only visually stunning but built to withstand heavy traffic and daily wear.

Each layer serves a purpose—from crack repair and a premium base coat to the final protective topcoat—ensuring a flawless, long-lasting finish. Our expert craftsmanship delivers a floor that’s tough, low-maintenance, and designed to perform for years to come.

From scheduling through clean up, Dynasty Epoxy exceeded our expectations! The crew was respectful our of time and property and they did an amazing job on the floor. It looks fantastic and is so easy to clean. We especially love that the short side walls are finished, too. We would highly recommend Dynasty Epoxy!

Dynasty Epoxy Louisville is the ONLY people that I would ever use! They are the BEST without a doubt! They were upfront, honest, on-time and professional! Plus the quality of their work is impeccable! They kept my wife and I up on all of the details throughout the process and completed the work quickly! Id give them more than 5 stars! Awesome!

Chas Ensor Customer

Seth and his team did a great job on what was a fairly rough floor. They were on time, clean, courteous, and the attention to detail was excellent! During my entire project, I have chosen quality people over price. Although Garage Dynasty was very competitive from a price point, it is integrity and quality that you get with this team. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to really put the final touch on a garage floor regardless if it is brand new or just a remodel job such as mine.

Mark Krauss Customer

We recently got our garage floor done with Dynasty. From estimate to follow up after the job, they were great. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a job done.

Sabrina Sebastian Customer

Dynasty Epoxy did our 2 car garage floor back in the spring of 2023. They repaired cracks and put down an epoxy finish that still looks great after one year. It is easier to keep clean and it changed the whole look of the garage. The guys were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the results.

Joe Spalding Customer

Seth and Phil with Dynasty Epoxy transformed my 95-year-old Highland Home basement into a piece of artwork. These guys are true experts in their craft, but more importantly they are consummate professionals. The prep work required for my floors was substantial, but it was done with great attention to detail which is what led to the truly stunning result. I would recommend Dynasty Epoxy and the Schaeffer brothers to anyone looking for a beautiful basement or garage floor.

John Humphreys Customer

I really like the new floor coating which completely changed the look of the 40+ year old garage. The principal reason for getting the coating was to reduce the slipping hazard associated with walking on a wet floor. The new floor is very slip resistant. The beautiful coating is a bonus from the old, stained concrete with numerous cracks. Very Pleased.

John Reichert Customer

Seth and Phil did above and beyond work in my two garages two years ago and they look the same today - no wear what so ever. They really did a great job. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dynasty Epoxy Louisville to complete your garage flooring. I previously installed epoxy flooring in my garage and it wore out after 8 years. Don't waste your time with do-it yourself - leave it to these professionals. I used the flake floor system in the Nightfall Gray color.
